What a day! Waking up after a big Packer win. You know what that means? I didn’t make it to the grocery store like I should have yesterday. I guess I’ll have to go sometime during the week. And there’s a good chance I just won’t go and then I won’t be able to make any of this because who likes grocery shopping in the middle of the week when you get home at 5 p.m. and have to feed the kids, give them baths and get them to bed and THEN go to the store? Not me. I’m so tired by then that I want to go to bed. So we will see what actually gets made or if I will just make some quick ‘cheater’ meals instead.
Monday – Chicken and Rice Casserole with Green Beans
Tuesday – Leftovers
Wednesday – Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Thursday – TBD (This might be a night to use a gift card for a quick dinner!)
Friday – Garlic Herb Marinated Pork Loin with Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts
