So we have decided to sell our house and we have so much to do before we put it on the market and that’s all I can think about. The crappy part is that I go back to work next week! And who can get stuff done with two little kids? So my mom and dad are coming to stay with us start Thursday and into the weekend so we can get some projects done around the house. My mom is probably the best cook I know, and she was persuaded into making some Korean food while she’s here. I had nothing to do with that though! All my husband has to do is suggest something. He’s very spoiled. On Friday I plan on doing some strawberry picking so that we can make some freezer jam this weekend too!
Monday – Panera
Tuesday – Hamburger Stew (recipe to follow)
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Tteokguk (This is a soup that has rice cakes in it and is DELICIOUS!)
Friday – Bulgogi with rice and zucchini
Saturday – Spaghetti
Sunday – BBQ Chicken sandwiches with chips
