My husband is starting a new job this week and has hours that are quite a bit different than before. He’ll be working later and therefore getting home right around the time we were normally eating. I’m really nervous about having to pick up the kids and get dinner ready by the time he gets home. It’s not going to be easy because I swear the kids always have a meltdown as I’m trying to get dinner made. I guess we’ll see how it goes. I’ve left the menu for the week to be a bit ‘easier’ just so we can figure it out. I also made some stuff over the weekend that will make good lunch leftovers.
