No-Bake Banana Cream Cheese Pie

This is a favorite in our house. My husband LOVES this pie and apparently, so do my children. I love how easy it is to make and that I don’t have to actually bake it.

No-Bake Banana Cream Cheese Pie

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 20 mins Rest Time 3 hrs Total Time 3 hrs 20 mins

  1. Slice bananas into your graham cracker pie crust. (Make a thin layer along the bottom and sides of your crust).
  2. Put your softened cream cheese into a good sized mixing bowl with a little bit of the milk and blend to start getting it smooth, slowly add in about half of the milk.
  3. Add instant pudding and continue to blend, adding the remaining milk until the mixture is nice and smooth. (1-2 minutes).
  4. Pour mixture into the pie crust, cover and chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
