ripe bananas

melted butter

beaten

Vanilla

baking soda
pinch
of salt

of flour
1/2-1

chopped walnuts

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Mix the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Stir in the sugar, beaten egg and vanilla.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Stir in the flour until mixed well.
Add your chopped walnuts. (Optional)
Pour the mixture into a greased 4×8 loaf pan (I sprayed some Pam with flour in mine).
Bake for 1 hour.
Cool and remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
