This is a favorite in our house. Unfortunately not mine, but my husband LOVES this pie and apparently, so does my child. I do love how easy it is to make and that I don’t have to actually bake it.
Ingredients
- 1 store bought graham cracker pie crust Or make your own
- 2-3 each bananas
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 3 oz. package instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Slice bananas into your graham cracker pie crust.
- Put your softened cream cheese into a good sized mixing bowl with a little bit of the milk and blend to start getting it smooth, slowly add in about half of the milk.
- Add instant pudding and continue to blend, adding the remaining milk until the mixture is nice and smooth. (1-2 minutes).
- Pour mixture into the pie crust, cover and chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
