Instructions
Puree your strawberries – you can mash them if you’d like. I put mine in my food processor and pulsed until I got the consistency I was looking for, which was a little chunky.
Pour strawberry puree into a bowl.
Pour your apple juice in a saucepan and whisk in the Sure Jell. Bring to a boil for a minute or two.
Pour apple juice/Sure Jell combination into the strawberry puree and stir it for a minute or two.
Put into freezer containers and let sit in the refrigerator overnight to set. (I used the Ball freezer containers).
