If you like stuffed cabbage rolls, but don’t have the time to stuff and roll them, then this recipe is for you! A delicious and easy way to enjoy cabbage! I serve mine over white rice. Yum!
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 head Green Cabbage Chopped
- 2 cans Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz. cans
- 1 can Tomato Sauce 8 oz.
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet or dutch oven, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion, stirring until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
- Add garlic and continue cooking for 1-2 more minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a slight boil.
- Cover and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Serve over prepared white rice. Enjoy!
