Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls – Recipe

If you like stuffed cabbage rolls, but don’t have the time to stuff and roll them, then this recipe is for you! A delicious and easy way to enjoy cabbage! I serve mine over white rice. Yum!

Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 15 mins Cook Time 30 mins Total Time 45 mins



  1. In a large skillet or dutch oven, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion, stirring until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
  2. Add garlic and continue cooking for 1-2 more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a slight boil.
  4. Cover and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  5. Serve over prepared white rice. Enjoy!
