Strawberry Freezer Jam

Puree your strawberries - you can mash them if you'd like. I put mine in my food processor and pulsed until I got the consistency I was looking for, which was a little chunky.

Pour strawberry puree into a bowl.

Pour your apple juice in a saucepan and whisk in the Sure Jell. Bring to a boil for a minute or two.

Pour apple juice/Sure Jell mixture into the strawberry puree and stir it for a minute or two.

Put into freezer containers and let sit in the refrigerator overnight to set. (I used the Ball freezer containers).

Move to the freezer and take one out whenever you need one.
