Sunday is another soup day! I love the feeling of fall and I love soup and it’s the easiest to make on Sundays so it can simmer for a good amount of time and we can eat it for lunches all week if there is enough! Wednesday is our three year anniversary so we are going to make the sauce that we learned how to make together in a pasta making class we took a few weeks ago. (Too bad we didn’t have time to make homemade pasta too!). And Friday it’s leftovers for my mother-in-law and daughter while we celebrate our friends getting married!

Wednesday – Pappardelle Pasta with Homemade Puttanesca Sauce and side salad
Thursday – Chicken Spaghetti
