How is it Christmas week already? This month has flown by!!! We’ll be cooking for half of the week only because, like most people, we’ll be traveling for the holidays.
Monday – Chicken in Gravy over rice and broccoli and cauliflower
Tuesday – Leftovers
Wednesday – Leftovers or Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup if there aren’t enough leftovers
Thursday – Christmas Eve will be at the Meier house (my FIL and sMIL’s house) – our job is to bring a hot appetizer so we’ll be making either Buffalo Chicken Dip or my famous Meatballs in Gravy
Friday – We are cooking for Christmas for my MIL and sFIL. We’ll be having steaks, roasted asparagus and garlic potatoes and maybe a salad. And a banana cream pie for dessert.
Saturday – We will be at my parents house celebrating Christmas with my family.
Sunday – We will still be at my parents house and then heading home!
