This week should be much better since I’m finally starting to feel better. I spent the weekend hacking up a lung and feeling super stuffy. And I think I’ve hit the third trimester sleepies. I’m tired all the time again. I’m looking for new recipes to put in the mix and I’ve even looked into doing something like Blue Apron, but for now, I am just searching for easy, delicious, fast recipes that won’t give me heartburn until after this baby arrives!
Monday – Leftovers from the weekend. I made Creamy Broccoli, Chicken and Bacon Pasta on Saturday and that recipe is definitely a keeper! And we also have leftover Sauerkraut Soup that I’ll probably just take for lunches this week.
Tuesday – Chicken Enchilada Rice Casserole
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Cheese Tortellini with Pesto, Black Olives, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onion, Asparagus and Parmesan Cheese (I just made that up and it sounds so good that I want it right now!)
Friday – Fish Fry (I keep putting this on there but last week when we could have actually gotten one, the place I wanted to go to was closed for the holidays!)
Saturday – Pizza with some friends and then watching the Packer game. Go Pack Go!
Sunday – Garlic Chicken over Zoodles with Grape Tomatoes and Fresh Basil
