The weekend got away from me quickly and we ended up grilling out on Saturday night at a friend’s house and then we were treated to dinner at Red Lobster after a wonderful day at the zoo on Sunday so we never ended up making the meatball and olive casserole. So that will be on the list this week. There is so much going on right now, so there will be nights that we don’t end up cooking, I already know it.
Monday – My dad will be in town for work so we will be eating out.
Tuesday – Tacos
Wednesday – Olive Garden (I really want that Chicken Scampi!)
Thursday – Lettuce Wraps – my mom sent my dad with some home grown lettuce and some homemade hot sauce – YUM!
Friday – Meatball & Olive Casserole
Saturday – I will be photographing a wedding all day so who knows what or when I’ll be eating!
Sunday – For breakfast I’m going to try a sausage gravy breakfast pizza and then for dinner we are going to try Chicken Lombardy with Mashed Potatoes and home grown green beans (also sent to our house from my parents)
