Monday Meals – April 6th, 2015

Last week we stayed true to our menu plan except for Friday night. Instead of making lasagna, we went and got fish fry instead. I happen to love fish fry so I had no problem with that! (Plus I always get the baked option to try to stay healthier). I will however, have to make lasagna this week since I have the ingredients. So this is what it looks like this week:

MondayLasagna with Texas Toast
Tuesday – Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce, Breaded Flounder and steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower
Wednesday – leftovers
Thursday – Baked Potato Bar (served with shredded cheese, broccoli/cauliflower, sour cream and bacon!) I normally try to do this after I make chili but we’ll just go chili free this time
Fridayhomemade pizzas (I found a white sauce I want to try with chicken, fresh mushrooms, fresh tomato and black olives – also will make one with pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms).
SaturdayOrange Chicken with white rice
SundayTaco Pasta Bake

I’m drawing a blank for the other 2 days…so I’ll start with this and then go from there!
