Well I didn’t get to make my Pasta Fagioli over the weekend so I still have to do that. But there are still leftovers for tonight’s dinner because apparently I made too much food at the end of last week. Whoops!
Monday – Leftovers for my husband and kiddo because I’m having a girls night out dinner! Woohoo!
Tuesday – Beef and Cheddar Casserole (I’m going to put this on next week’s menu plan as I was just informed that we are being taken to Red Lobster tonight! Awwww shucks!)
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Spaghetti Pie
Friday – BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with chips (literally throwing chicken breasts and BBQ sauce in the crockpot all day).
Saturday – Chicken Taco Soup (I’m using the leftover chicken from the sandwiches and putting it with some salsa and then throwing it in the soup).
