Another insane week – but guess what? It’s St. Patrick’s Day week which can only mean one thing – Corned Beef and Cabbage. YES! I’m so excited and it is definitely on the menu plan for this week! I may not go out and get drunk like the rest of this city, but I do enjoy me some Irish food.
