I swear I had a menu plan for last week but I totally forgot to post it. Sometimes I feel like I don’t know whether I’m coming or going and I’m just going to blame it all on the baby 🙂 My parents were in town this past weekend and I had to work so I made some easy but delicious meals like cheese tortellini with meat sauce with a salad and Texas Toast, yummy breakfasts, and Sunday I made Shredded BBQ Chicken for sandwiches which I’ll be eating for lunches this week.

Tuesday – Pita Pizzas
Wednesday – Kielbasa with Cheddar Broccoli Rice and some kind of veg
Thursday – Meatball & Green Olive Casserole
Friday – Sloppy Joes
