Over the weekend we had company and we made a giant pot of chili that tasted delicious with the perfect fall weather and the Cubs win to advance them to the World Series! (I can’t believe I am excited about that, but seeing my husband, the die-hard Cubs fan, super happy, definitely makes me happy). Anyway – here it is, Monday again and even though my husband did the grocery shopping on Saturday, we somehow didn’t get enough shredded cheese for tonight’s dinner. So I think I’m going to switch up Monday and Tuesday. I have a ton of free meals this week since it’s my birthday week, so we are going to take advantage of those.
Monday – Qdoba
Tuesday – Hashbrown Casserole with Ham, Broccoli & Cauliflower
Wednesday – Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup or My Mom’s Tomato and Bean 15 Minute Stoup
Thursday – Noodles
Friday – Chicken in Gravy over Rice with Green Beans (or maybe we’ll go out to eat since it’s my birthday, who knows!)
