I made a big batch of Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup yesterday that was delicious! I love fall and making soups every Sunday. Only…yesterday was over 70 degrees and muggy! Thankfully I made the soup in the crockpot 🙂 I really don’t care what the weather is like, I could eat soup every day. Ha! This week is a money saving week. We are readjusting our finances as my husband gets into his new job. Different pay schedules will definitely throw you off! So I am using things I have around the house and just getting the essentials from the grocery store!
Monday – Leftovers
Tuesday – Chicken, Green Bean and Rice Casserole (White Rice with shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, and green beans all baked into a casserole)
Wednesday – Tuna Melts with Lentil Soup
Thursday – Chicken Ravioli with Marinara Sauce, Texas Toast and Kale Salad
Friday – Creamy Broccoli Soup (I’ll be adding carrots and celery since I have them on hand from the Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup)
