Pretzel Rolo Bites – Recipe

We are having a Valentine’s Day food gathering at work and I decided to make these little treats again. I’ve only made them once before and I seriously forgot how tasty they were. I’ve been sneaking them all morning and hope I have enough left for the party. Ha!

The best of both worlds, salty and sweet. A salty pretzel topped with a partially melted Rolo and a crunchy plain M&M on top. You won't be able to stop at 1.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place your pretzels in rows on your baking sheet and top with unwrapped Rolos. (Unwrapping your Rolos takes the most time).
  4. Bake for 4 minutes until the chocolate is shiny and the Rolos start to melt. (The shape should still look like a Rolo).
  5. After taking them out of the oven, place an M&M on top of each Rolo and press down slightly to push them into the Rolo.
  6. Let cool completely. I place mine in the fridge to hurry the process along.
  7. Store them in an airtight container. I like to store mine in the fridge so the caramel is extra chewy!
